What do you mean by $45.00 Onsite Service Fee?
All onsite computer repair service companies must cover their travel costs. Most companies do it by pricing their hourly wage higher than ours. We use an onsite fee so that we can appropriately price our services. The onsite fee is a flat charge per visit, and it includes the diagnosis of your computer problem. If you’ll notice all computer companies have a mandatory 1 hour charge which can range from $65 – 140 and hour! We have no mandatory hourly charge; instead we only charge you $45.00 plus any services you choose.

What if I am located outside of your general onsite service area?

If you are located 16 or more miles outside of Pittsburgh, we still maybe able to provide you with service. We have an additional service fee of $25.00 to residents within 15 - 25miles of Pittsburgh.
